The NAÏVE Collection by Gunia Project inspired by the aesthetic of naive art, a movement that embraces unpolished beauty and sincerity. Ukrainian traditional rushnyky* serve as the central reference for this collection. These embroidered cloths, primarily from the 1950s and 1960s, are adorned with motifs from various regions: flowers, birds, angels, nature scenes, and rural imagery. Through
a naive artistic lens, they celebrate themes of love, prosperity, the beauty of life, and the arrival of spring.
The collection introduces a modernized teapot silhouette, square plates with ornate edges, classic sugar bowls, and footed cups. An Easter plate is designed to become a center piece for holiday gatherings, while a rabbit-shaped candle adds a warm, festive touch to the table setting.
