Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Figure Lecture. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Our policy regarding returns is designed to be fair and transparent.

Exchange and Store Credit Only: We understand that circumstances may arise where you wish to make adjustments to your purchase. Therefore, we offer exchanges and store credit for eligible items. Please note that we do not issue refunds.

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • We accept exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
    • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
    • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • The exchange request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • The following items are not eligible for exchange:
    • All plants will be final sale
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Personalized or customized items
    • Gift cards
3. Exchange Process:
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@figurelecture.com or visit our store at 2076 W 4th Ave. Vancouver. Provide your original receipt, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Approval:

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item is found to be in satisfactory condition, an exchange will be processed.

6. Store Credit Only:

  • We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for the value of the returned item.
  • Store credit is valid for [timeframe, e.g., 6 months] from the date of issue.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit.

8. Cancellation of Exchange:

  • Once an exchange request is approved, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming the exchange.

  • Figure Lecture reserves the right to modify or amend this exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
