Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Figure Lecture. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Our policy regarding returns is designed to be fair and transparent.

 

Exchange and Store Credit Only: We understand that circumstances may arise where you wish to make adjustments to your purchase. Therefore, we offer exchanges and store credit for eligible items. Please note that we do not issue refunds.

 

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • We accept exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
    • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
    • The original receipt (proof of purchase) must be presented.
    • The exchange request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • For online order, please request exchange (contact: info@figurelecture.com) and send back to us within 7 days from the date the package delivered, with all original package and tags attached. 

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
    • All plants are final sale
    • All food items and all tableware/ cutlery/ food ware, for hygiene and safety reasons

    • Personalized, special order or customized items

    • items missing their packaging or in used condition are also ineligible for exchange
    • Sale or clearance items
  • Please make sure the clothing tags remain attached upon receiving the item. Once the tags are removed, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

3. Exchange Process:
  • To initiate an exchange, customers must:
    • Present the original receipt
    • Provide the item to be exchanged in acceptable condition
    • visit our store at 2076 W 4th Ave, Vancouver, or contact us at info@figurelecture.com within 7 days of purchase

Exchanges or store credits cannot be processed without the original receipt.

 

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.

 

5. Inspection and Approval:

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item is found to be in satisfactory condition, an exchange will be processed.

 

6. Store Credit Only:

  • Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the item's purchase value

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement for you.

8. Cancellation of Exchange:

  • Once an exchange request has been approved, it cannot be canceled. Please review your request carefully before confirming.

 

9. Changes to Exchange Policy:

  • Figure Lecture reserves the right to modify or update this exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
